    My name is gurdeep singh has suffering from tata service provider of kaithal(haryana)because i had taken the connection of tata net n then after few months want to cut the connection of that net setter but the Mr. Vikas who is the dealer of tata in kaithal was said that he had cut the connection of that net setter that's why i had got the bill of rs.2650 n after compliend to tata office they can't reply me and they send me the gov. court notice.so kindly take action for the tata service and dealer mr. Vikas.And have proof n vitnes for the dealer of kaithal because of him lots of person were suffering from him.

    Unhappy Tata indicomSMS pack activation-30rs double deduction

    Hi,

    I have activated SMS pack of rs 30 on 15/10/11 and my balance was around rs70.00 and 30 got deducted and on 16/10/11 once again rs 30 got deducted.
    on 16/10/11 i called customer service and made complaint for the same the complaint got registered and i got sms form service provider that the same will get resolved by 18/10/10.I didn't got any replay from any one till now.
    When i contacted customer care i got replay as they can't check the detail above 2 days.
