Tata docomo advertise that there will be no unasked transactions from your account but at the same time they design their policies such that the customer gets nothing except a sorry we can't help you.
I recharged my phone 9040125679 on 11th Nov 2011, with STV 24 via tata docomo website (Mobile Prepaid Recharge | Online Mobile Recharge | Online Prepaid Recharge - Tata DOCOMO) and selected pay using your current phone balance. When I enter the verification code recieved on my phone, I got the following error:

But the amount Rs 24 was deducted twice from my account. On contacting the customer care, the guy blatantly tells me that you clicked twice with a gap of 1 second and it can't be reversed. Even the senior customer care guy, Lokesh Patra, says that we can't resolve it.
