I am very upset for Service provider , i am again and again call this people but no body reply me back and i had called the Customer care people
they requesting me that submit my document , if i was gave all document then why should i give again so request you that please give reply for the same or shall i put a complete for this service provider

I request you that please take immediate action on my complain,

From last 1 month i am suffering from these people of DOCOMO as no action is taken on my dissatisfaction of service and no one response or action seen on my query due to which there is huge loss of my business. i am using DOCOMO Prepaid also.

But this is the worst service ever received from DOCOMO which i m getting so if you are not solving the issue
in next 24 hours will have to complain at consumer forum.

Never experienced such behavior from your team.

We had requested for 2 mobile no.s before Dassera ( 8983355566 / 72760067532 )And i had paid cash for these Number's . But we did not get the same on time.

The concerned person( Jagannath & Pramod ) gave us some other 2 numbers which were not the same as expected that to after a long period of time and interaction with them was not satisfactory, with delay in information. Which was very disappointing.I am suffering a worst
Service form these people.

We want quick action to be taken on the same or else we would approach some other mobile card service.

Expecting response over this as soon as possible.
