I am a customer of tata docomo telecom.my mb no was 9051021003. I am from kolkata.My name is Manodip Nag. Now problem is i was using a Tata docomo postpaid connection where last month i got a bill of 3200rs. I had contact with company they told me that i used internet service.However in Tata docomo website there is a option called my account from where a customer can check all the details so that account was showing my total internet usage is 4000mb or some more mb where i had already activated a special interpack where i got more then 2gb free internet usage now more interesting thing is my total credit limit is 1500rs so how is this possiable that my credit goes to more then 1500rs. I never requested to increse my credit limit and if there is any changes made by company in my credit limit then i havnt received any notice or information for that. So i sent mail to nodal office but i havent received any response from them with in 10working days.Then again i sent another mail to nodal including applet but they are not giving any resason for this discrepency. They are only saying that i have to pay 3200rs. Now from last 2month my mb no is disconnected whether i havent done any thing wrong. my be this company having many value but what abot me. From last 2motnh i am suffring for their mistake so who is going to pay penalty for that,
So i just want to request please help me, i am facing lots of problem for that. I am begging you please help me and if you want to contact with me now then please call me in 9163249990 no.
