Dear Sir ,

I, Kartik Kumar Pandey , Purchased a Tata photon Post Paid connection ( 9278735354) from Nehru Place HCL Dealer with a HCL Laptop Scheme on date Sept. 28th ,2011 . My Connection plan is 650MB on Rs. 500/- monthly rental and 2 GB free downloading for 4 months according to HCL/Tata dealer.

but, after few days on 10th of October 2011 i find my first photon post paid bill (Rs. 1426/-) before starting of my monthly circle . i'm too surprised at 2 times............. 1st . At before times find the bill and 2nd amount of bill .

i called onto customer care (1800 266 121) and the executive said i checked and then call back to letter . but they did'nt anything. then i call again and other executive said about my plan was closed on 3rd of October so the bill was correct . . then i called our dealer where from i purchased that and he said again he will talk with his senior .

then, after 5 days ( 15/10/2011) from tata tele centers called me for send an executives to collect the payment , and on 19/10/2011 they disconnect my photon connection .

in shortly , on november 21 Tata executive had given me a resolution of my problems that if i will pay only Rs.430 . then my all dues will be resolved and the connection will be continued .. . it solution was very best for me and i accepted that and paid to his executive. but , after this payment my connection had not be continued . and they had be sent me again new bills .. this payment of too much (Rs. 2500/-) against closed the network connectivity .


and since then to . till now i continuously concern to many executives and many tata centers. related to my problems . .

now ..... after three months . i'm everyday concern his executives but they did not want to be resolves my problems . no body had given me clear response and no resolution of my problems.

and now i'm very upset and depressed . they forced for the payment and here 2 days ago (23/12/2011) , they had sent a letter by an advocate from tees hazzari . mr. Pankaj Kumar .


kindly , give me a solution of this problems , and please help me . i 'm totally helpless & hopeless .
