I did the full and final settlement for Tata Docomo 3g connection in Nov 2011.
It's really sad that a device which i am not using since 7 months and already done final settlement 3 months back is still active and i am recieving bills for it.
At the end of the day i am proving to be a defaulter and which is wrong.
Tata Docomo No. 8237606663 and Customer Code Number 979650627.
I got reply from Tata TeleServices people saying that my account will be disconnected and the remaining amount of bill will be adjusted but despite that i am still recieving bills and the bill amount is not adjusted.
I have the whole email communication with me as proof of the ongoings.
I have called up the customer care numerous times but they keep on saying they cant help and ask to call on some other number. The same story continues on calling the other number.
