I paid my postpaid mobile Bill of no. 9218555411 by cheque no.67742 dtd. 14.10.11 of Rs. 713.00 on 14.10.11 which was due on 24.10.11 and got the receipt bearing recpt. no. 172885 dtd. 14.10.11. Till date the cheque has not been deposited by the company and today my outgoing has been barred. On inquiring I was told by the people at parwanoo (H.P) bill collection center that the cheque has been sent for collection but that cheque never got debited to my account till date. As I am a Businessman I am facing a lot of difficulty by this act of TATA people. Same happened last month when i paid my bill for august-2011 by cheque at Baddi, Sai Road (H.P) bill collection center and the receipt was not given by them.
on 29.09.11 i received a message that the cheque got bounced whereas on checking my bank statement i found that the same cheque has not been presented in my Bank. Having no proof as i didnt got the receipt i had no other option but to pay it in cash in oreder to get my services resumed. I am Very much upset by such an act of the company and want you to please file my petition against TATA Teleservices Ltd.
