View images Dear Concerned, This is a matter of grave concern that a company of repute like Reliance Communication is indulged into cheap GOONS activities, and torturing as well as harassing their valuable customers. I have recently experienced such a bad & nasty behavier by Reliance Management and am seriously thinking of exercising my legal rights against the company. The products used by me are decribed below: 1) I have been a satisfied user of Reliance Broadnet Connection (ID - 391284628396) since about two and half years and have been timely paying all my monthly bills. My clean payment history could be checked from your records, since begining till date. 2) Of late, about 9-10 months back, I purchased another product namely "NetConnect" Datacard (ID - 9310608068) and satisfactorily used the same with my Laptop uptil April, 2010 end. All bills during this period were timely paid and you may check the clean payment history from your records. In May, 2010 due to less utility of Datacard, I decided to surrender the connection and placed an on-line request for the same. Concerning full & final settlement, I was informed by your customercare that my connection will be completely disconnected within 15 days from the date of disconnection request and a final bill will be generated, showing my total usage uptil last day on pro-rata basis. Since then, I have been periodically (once in a week) calling up your Customer care number and enquiring about the final bill so that final amount cheque could be remitted. Every time, until mid of July, I was being assured that soon the bill would be delivered at my home address, but till date I have not recieved the final bill. You will agree that without knowing the final amount I just could not make the payment cheque. WHAT IS MORE AGONISING, TOTURING & PAINFUL EXPERIENCE IS THAT JUST COUPLE OF DAYS BACK I AM GETTING A CALL FROM SOME ADVOCATE THAT I HAVE TO APPEAR IN THE COURT, AGAINST A CASE FILED BY RELIANCE COMMUNICATION FOR NON-PAYMENT OF A BILL AMOUNTING TO RS. 850.00. THE IDIOT ADVOCATE WAS USING REAL STUPID LANGUAGE WHILE TALKING TO ME AND WAS RATHER THRETENING ME. IT WAS MY OWN INETERST THAT I WAS FOLLOWING UP WITH YOUR CUSTOMERCARE FOR THE FINAL BILL, SO THAT I MAKE THE FINAL PAYMENT WHEREAS RELIANCE COMMUNICATION, INSTEAD OF HELPING ME OUT, WAS UPTO SOME OTHER DIRTY TRICKS OF MAKING MY CASE LEGAL Now, please look into the matter and arrange to send me proper explanation for this mis-happening. Else, I will have no other choice than to file a legal case against Reliance Communication in the consumer court.
