My name is Ankit and I am using RELIANCE GSM sim(8099510407). 27 rupees get cut from the total recharged amount every time I recharge my phone. When I talk to customer care and inform this, they take 2 days to get those 27 rupees back. But, they are not solving the problem permanently. Every time I recharge 27 rupees get cut and I have to call customer care again and again. Sometimes the balance cut happens on it's own without any interference in recharge of balance. I am fed up calling the customer care several times in these few days.
