Angry Unwanted deduction in Balance by BSNL

This is not the first time this is happening and I am literally fed up of all this.

BSNL deducted 40 rupees from my balance, without any reason. They sent me a message saying 'MIMOBITV: Thank you for subscribing all channels/week Rs. 40/Week. To unsubscribe, send UNSUB to 55447'

And the next thing I know, they deduct 40 rupees from my account!!! My balance was 66 rupees and they make it 26! That is plain cheating! And then, when I send a message for unsubscribing, they deduct another two rupees for that message! And send "No subscription exists with MimobiTV. Kindly check."

But I want to know, when the hell, did I ever sent the message for subscribing? I don't like being cheated for nothing.

Please can I get help on this matter?

    My number : 8004746220

    E-mail id is - ilovetoreadnovels@gmail.com

    Sincerely,
    Mahak Goel

P.S. - It's not that 42 rupees are a huge amount, but still... It wasn't MY fault I am extremely angry and I want my money refunded!

I am extremely angry... that I was cheated like this THRICE now! This is so damn unethical! This repeated thrice now.

I have reported this complaint. Still... no actions taken? Why is Consumer Forum even OPEN if it can't see to the matters?

See, Now i am literally fed up. I have already reported it to BSNL people... still, my balance is again deducted. Now it's more than 4 times. I really want my money back. I even told them about consumer forum, yet they had no effect. My balance is continuing to be deducted. Would I be cheated again and again, and no action would be taken? Is this ethical?

I heard so much about Consumer Forum...and I thought that they are gonna help me. But, what is this? Why aren't they helping? Won't I get justice?

    Regards,
Still waiting for justice... Mahak Goel
