This is not the first time it happened, in last 4 months this is 6th time that my Mobile phone service provider Reliance deducted 30 rs from my account. Reason I don't know and when I want to reach the customer care guys it takes me almost 2 days each time just to connect with them. And after that for next two days their systems have some technical fault. Finaly when i get through answer is by mistake we activated some service on you number and we will refund your money Thanks for calling on Reliance

On 8th september too they again deducted 3o rs from my account and I am still waiting to connect to them. This is very annoying and I get a tight budget to survive on and if they do some thing like this it gets painful
