Hi ,

My name is ashok, using the reliance gsm mobile service.

The problem is, whenever there is money in the mobile, it is getting cut by reliance service
without any notice..

whenever I called up the customer care, they are not even giving the proper response..and saying some services are enabled and are disabled automatically, and they are saying sometimes will pay back the money and sometimes they are not giving anything..

Its not a simple thing,,it about 35 to 45rs per day, which is very much for anybody..

I want put my case against this company, I want to got extent on this case,
if there are any lawyer please reply me.I can meet you personally to proceed the case..

Please help anybody on this, I am ready with full set of proofs and calls I am making and paymount that was cut every time..There are many people with me with same problems.

Even i complained for the same reason and trying to contact you guys for over three days, so please solve my problem too. My balance was deducted for no reason and please do the necessary.

the Customer Care Executive

customer care executive said me that i have dialed 51234 an talked for
1 min:59 sec.
