The vodafone chitting me.

i watch my bill on 13/08/2010. It is increase by 95 rupees. I just called the customer care for this problem. i call again on 16/082010 the bill is increase 95 rupees again. But the customer care executive is called me please wait for generate for your bill on 28/09/2010.

I just watch my bill on the net on 30/08/2010 my bill is Rs. 708/-. suddnly i tel the vodafone customer care they told me u have use the ringtone download for Rs. 441/- and they told me you have pay for this. But I am not download anything. There is no help from vodafone. Pls suggest what can i do.
