Thumbs down Vodafone Bill Charge in Excess of Rs 750

Hello, I m a vodafone postpaid customer with the number 9820689098.
Recently I deactivated my BB Services. I was using the 299 Plan of BB Services where my Vodafone Live was disconnected.
I deactivated the BB Services on 25/10/2011 and on 28th October, ask the customer care executive to how to activate the vodafone live usage. He said that its already activated. But I was unable to use Internet through Mobile outside the wifi enabled Area so I asked that fellow to deactivate the Vodafone Live Service, he said it will be done in 4hrs.
The bill I received today i.e 28/11/2011 shows that I m using Vodafone Live for 25 days.. and charged me Rs 750/- extra.

    A) If it is your gimmick to take extra money from your loyal customer, make sense to fool someone.. coz my I hardly use Internet thru Phone

    B) Even if I use, as par my handset, I shouldn't be charged because, one of your customer care executive said that I need to have some BB Service Plan activated in my phone to use internet.

    C) I was using the similar amount of net when i was using the BBM Services which didn't have Vodafone Live.

    D) I received a call from their customer care executive saying that the charges are correct and can't be waived off, but I don't understand if its the fault of the company of not deactivating the service, then why should I pay for it since, I deactivated I knew I wont be able to use thats why I never used Vodafone Live, so how the hell is 750 rs been showed?

Please take the required action, as I won't be paying u the amount i.e 750+ taxes.

    Hello Sir/Madam,

Please be informed that Vodafone Live and Vodafone Mobile Connect services are core services which will be active in your account by default. The usage charges for the service will be 10p/10KB if you are not subscribed to any promotional offer. There are certain applications such as YouTube, video/music streaming, tickers on HTML sites, handset applications and MMS which uses Vodafone Live! as an access point and will be charged @ 10p/10KB. Email us at vodafonecare.mum@vodafone.com for any further assistance or you can also register complaints on our toll free number 198.

    Regards,
    Vodafone Customer Care, Mumbai
