I have been using vodafone postpaid connection since 7 years and i was quite satisfied with the billing as well as the services of vodafone. i am also using its mobile connect services wherein i am using mail push up facilities. i was quite surprised to see my bill for last two months where in i was charged for an amount exceeding more than thrice for what was average bill i am paying monthly. i have checked with the customer care and also send the mail but i am not getting satisfactory reply. as per the customer care, there is an updation in my account and for which the charges has increased. they have also clarified that the bill has charged based on the guideline of TRAI. whether vodafone can increase the rate without informing the customer. whether the TRAI guideline is an unjust to the customer. Please guide me in this regards.
