Dear Sir,

I have a blackberry connection and Vodafone has activated a yearly advance rental plan for Blackberry services for Rs. 6999/- without my information and consent, Have asked them to discontinue the plan as I have not made any committment to pay advance rental to them. Have made several complains and written to their Nodal officer, have visted stores personally at two location but issue remains unresolved and they have barred my outgoing calls. Need an action for same ASAP
