This is regarding misuse of my number 9899099809. I lost my sim on 6-08-2011 for which I reported at your customer care and given the request for block of old sim and issue new sim card. i received new sim through courier on my address on 7-08-2011 and I gave request for activation of new sim card. I didnt used sim till 26-08-2011. On 26-08-2011 when i inserted new sim card it was coming sim card registration failed. I called up at your customer care for this issue and they told me that your unbilled amount has exceeded credit limit, i got shocked as I was not using the number for long. after this i have sent subsequent mails on your customer care but i didnt got any revert. I asked for the details at your customer care and the asked me to wait till bill generates. When I receved the bill I saw that the ISD calls were made continuosly and the alerts were also activated. I called up at your customer care again on 13-9-2011 at around 6:18pm and I had a word with Mr.Aman at 111 regarding this issue and he asked me to mark a mail with scanned copy of the bill and I did that and then after i didnt get any revert. I tried getting this issue to get resolved but it didnt work. Finally i visited vodafone store at Rohini and discussed the issue, I had a word with Mr. Sudhir kohli there and he told me that your new sim was not activated and he marked mail regarding this issue of which request number is 210171285 and he asked me to confirm the status after 72hrs. I went vodafone store today again and asked for the status. They didnt got any reply. I again had a word with Mr. Saurav Sharma there and discussed issue again. He marked mail again and got the revert and said that its a misuse and I cant help anymore and said to discuss the matter with you. He said that your new sim was never activated and the misuse is from the earlier sim. But I gave the request for deactivation of old sim on 6-8-2011 and activation of new sim no.EH 1 8200 3105 30 8 ON 7-8-2011 and the calls were made on 10th,11th and 12th of August 2011 from the previous sim for which i gave the request to block and deactivate. I am not able understand this issue and i am very much frustrated. I request you to work on this and help me out and help me to get out of this.
I am using other number of vodafone i.e 9899099800 from more than 2years and i have not experienced any bad issue yet on that but this issue is really disappointing.
