Hi , i've already shared my grievances with Vodafone through every channel possible
i've sent a mail to appellate.delhi@vodafone.com but to utmost disappointment received no resolution .

hello,
i am a Vodafone user ,no.9999087200.i have a problem regarding my bill .I've been using this number since 2007 The plan that i was using was TALK 298 advance rental ,Every year I've extended the same plan and this year also i was planning to continue the same plan but without any notification and discussion the plan was changed from Vodafone since the plan was changed , i was charged Rs.298 per month whereas i was paying Rs.998 yearly for my Advance rental plan .Till date I've paid more than Rs.1200 for the rental for the new plan which was allotted to me without informing me Firstly the plan should be changed back to what i was using before and secondly the excess rental that I've paid should be reimbursed back , as this was a mistake from Vodafone's end . Regarding this issue i have talked to your customer care exec,then i went to your Vodafone store at rohini then i wrote a mail to your Vodafone care mail add.(vodafonecare.del@vodafone.com) on 27th of Nov.for which i haven't got any reply till date.then i called your nodal office on 1st DEC for which i received a complaint number : 225992085 ,and spoke to Mr. maan singh ( Sadly he has expressed no interest in the problem and even after telling him that I've been frustrated after talking to so many executives and would have to change the service provider if the mistake is not rectified , upon this i was told "Madam aap ki marzi" - as you wish) .But even then i didn't got any help.I am writing to you as last resort as i am highly disappointed with the way my problem has been dealt with.Evey executive has given a different excuse for the plan change or given me excuses that are not acceptable but no one has given me solution till date.
I've been a loyal customer from 4.5 yrs and if i am treated this was i would be compelled to change the service provider .
Kindly give me a speedy solution to this problem .



tried complaining to this link as well : Vodafone India - Complaints - Requests - Enquires , but surprisingly it does not accept special characters and complaint can not exceed 300 characters ( and only characters ) so after several failed attempts i am filing complaint here .


I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH VODAFONE
