Hi My number is 9820376919,Postpaid connection with Vodafone
I was given a 99rs unlimited GPRS pack,when the pack was activated i was not given any info what access point to be used neither did i check anything, the settings were sent on my phone & i started using GPRS,
Now for the month of September 18th to October 17th Billing I have been charged 4000/- rs for GPRS surfing.
When i complained, no one listened for atleast 5-7 days & every day my outgoing was stopped finally i mailed on the nodal/appelate mil & they called up & informed that i have used a wrong access point hence the charges.
Is this my fault, they have sent the settings on my number, no one called up from their side informing me about the same & now i am getting harrased again & again bynot able to use my outgoing.
Please instruct me what compensation can i demand & in what way.
