1. I have not used your Vodafone Live
2. I havent requested this service...

No use of so many complaints...

1. Who has requested you for Vodafone Live?
2. I never used Vodafone Live..then why did you charge Rs 109( My concern is : I never requested for Vodafone Live..I never used ..then why did you charge?
Please prove me what service I have used for Rs109…It is hidden charge, why should I pay?)
3. My plan is 149 Infosys Talk plan…not any others…if you are activating, you should have inform before activating any services , which supposed to be chargeable..
4. I already spoke to Vodafone care and raised complaint : 581303720599
5. Please give me next escalation contact
