    Default Vodafone India Limited (Billing Problem)

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    This is to inform you that I had a Vodafone post-paid number “9830045305″ which has been disconnected. When I enquired about the reason then I was told that my unbilled amount has exceeded my credit limit. My credit limit is Rs.1100 and my unbilled amount is nearly Rs.4000. And then I was told to make a payment of Rs.5000. But the unbilled amount even include the message and internet charges which will be discounted during bill generation and then my bill will be around Rs.500. So I m not suppose to make a payment before the discount is given but still I had made a payment of Rs.344 in advance and while taking the sim I had given Rs.300 as Security Deposit. Please look into this Matter AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
    I have written this to you with lots of hope and I request you to kindly look into this matter and resolve my problem.

    My alternate Number is 9830076305.
    Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
    This is a simple error which has occurred but because of this u have suspended my number.
    How can I continue using your operator?? How can I trust you now??

    I am sorry to say but there was no call received.
    So please at least do not lie to your customer.
    The number is "9830076305"
    So please look into the problem.
    No call was placed and its not possible for me to trust you because now you have started lying that you people tried to contact me.
