    Angry Vodafone mobile billing

    Dear Sir/ M'am
    We are a Business Management Consultancy Firm, Name of Mastermind Training & Consultancy Services. We have Vodafone CUG Numbers (9099098191-9099098192-9099098193-9099098194-9099098195) Last month we Deposit Chq. Amount Rs. 3,230 on 24-Sep-2011 Evening at Our Nearest Vodafone Store at Ghod Dod Road, Surat, Gujrat. But Today 15-Sep-2011 till Date the Chq. was not Updated & Our Some CUG Numbers Out Going Calls is not working by Payment Issue. So, Please take some Action Again the company behavior. We Request for this problem minimum 3 times at vodafone store, we are first Request Before 15 Days Date on 01-Oct-2011. but they are not work on our Request. We are very harassment about it. We wait for Your Reply

    I am Niraj kumar. We have Vodafone Mobile Numbers (09999686555) Last month we Deposit Chq. Amount Rs. 2850 on 17-Sep-2011(NET BANKING). But Today 16-OCT-2011 till Date the Payment was not Updated & Our Some Vodafone Mobile Numbers (09999686555) Out Going Calls is not working by Payment Issue. So, Please take some Action Again the company behavior. We Request for this problem minimum 20 times at Vodafone Customer care, we are first Request After 4 Days Date on 21-SEP-2011. but they are not work on our Request. We are very harassment about it. We wait for Your Reply

    21.SEP.2011 to till dated every mail attached (ME & VODAFONE CONVERSATION ).......

    This transition is credit card at this time i am not provide monthly statement for my credit card only provide a transaction confirmation its already attached my mail. Credit card not a bank statement (Go to bank request a bank statement and mail for you).

    Credit card statement only monthly provide date of cycle, my cycle date is 13th to 12th every month.

    Please verify the transaction confirmation statement, its a correct statement. I'll 6th time talk my citi bank customer care payment deducted (2850.00) Dated:-17th sep 2011 my account.

    With absolute disappointment i want to clear u that, the entire detail u asked me in the latest mail from your side, has been already provided to you at the early stage of this chain of conversation.
    I am being harassed by you , despite making the complete payment asked by you for the payment cycle of August month.
    I have already sent u the transaction details which i received from the Citi bank.You can see that transaction confirmation of citi bank in the trail mail.

    Mode of payment- online through credit card of Citi Bank.
    Payment Amount-Rs 2850.00
    Date of payment-17-sept-2011
    Transaction Id- 687017 (confirmation mail from Citi Bank for this transaction can be seen in the trail mails)

    Now i want the call service to be activated and no more harassment.I hope you will treat this mail with complete seriousness and would not force me to abstain the relationship with you. If this mail remains unheeded and unresolved i would be left with little choice but to go to the Consumer court for further respite.
