The vodafone nowadays charging some amount at random ( as in the case of ours) and litreally harassing customers by calling on odd timings to settle the same. Our ( Customer's) request is never heard by the company callers and they deactivate our incoming and out going facilities too!

Is there any Justice for this??? Is there any Customer Care for them? Its quite upsetting when we are forced to pay for something for the service which we never utilsed at all....!!! when..

1. We had not received the vodafone bills at all.

2. When the Vodafone persons called us first time for the payment; we asked them to kindly give us the itemised bill. That time they mentioned to us the outstanding amount was 1620 odd; when we heard that immediately we said we never use that No much and how come this much charges? For that the vodafone personnnel said; there has been some down load of games and there has been some caller tune changes for more that fifty times so both put together this much charge.

To be more Honest and precise we have got the existing caller tune for quite some months and never changed it. Also we never download games or so.

3. Suddenly after few days once again the company person when called they say our bill is Rs. 4000 and above; when asked for the billing info. again they said its due to down loading of games! Which is quite astonishing for us. The phone which we rarely use; on that how come suddenly there is a down load of so many games?

We then told the company personnel that last couple of days back it was only Rs1600 and odd & how come suddenly its Rs 4000 and above; they had no reply; this is the bill and you have to pay it..they started saying.

When we asked for the details they say its fall for downloading...which we never did?

Is it by mistaike vodafone is asking for such payments or how come this happens? Not only that we are also users of phones for such a long time; never we had this issue of downloading / not paying on time etc. However this time the vodafone people are really calling us every now and then day time / after noon / evening / and even to the extent that they sent some collection agent to our place.

On the contrary we have been very polite asking the bills details and the usage details; as the bills were also not received by us.

So would appreciate if some responsible customer care personnel can look into this and solve the mystry of over charges on our mobile No.
