    Angry Vodafone Mumbai 3G - incorrect billing.

    @Vodafone_Mumbai imposed incorrect data usage bill of Rs 800 on my mobile no 9820815931. Even after explaining all to customer care team, i am getting 8-10 calls everyday for bill payment. No one cares what customer is reporting, only shit in which vodafone mumbai is interested is bill collection. Going to leave vodafone soon.

    Bill collection department - pathetic

    Hi! I came here after searching Vodafone cheating is universe or I am the only Vitim. I was CDMA customer of Tata Indicom. I was using my connetion form March 2005 with Indicom without any problem. I am enjoying. Just bit problem with pretty handsets. Which were available in GSM. So when MNP came just I decide to subscribe GSM services. That time Tata Docomo was not operating in India properly and MNP was not there. So I decided to move to Vodafone Prepaid. But after 3 or 4 months I lost my sim card. I ported number last year. In Feb 2012 I went to Vodafone store Kurukshetra to get my number back. But a FIR needed to get back my number. But there was an employee Mr. Saurav is there, he told me that in post-paid he can give me my number without FIR. Just, I have done the mistake and taken pre-paid number in post-paid and paying price for that. Just after 1 bill. Second bill was rs. 4000+ plus which a salary of person in India. Irony is that my security was only rs. 500. Normally this is a fair practice companies do not allow subscribers more the security deposit. I just activated a 3g plan of rs 850 for 3gb data. But whenever I was checking on *111# it showing only 2048 MB of data available ie. Exactly less than 1 gb. First they want to cheat with data. I just partially used 2048 MB data. But I am expecting the charges in next bill under rs. 850. After seeing bill I am shocked it was rs. 4000+. Just company not ready to understand that the data usages by me from that plan. They are showing it separately. How clever people are they. On 11/04/12 they given me that effective date of deactivation and charging separately for the data I used. They just bull shit people doing business here in India. They do not know this is a salary amount of a person in India, not bill amount. They need to be saying go back to UK and **** UK customers. Our India is poor country. This ****y things not will be tolerated here in India.
    They bloody are on 100% wrong side and not accepting their mistake. Rather repeating like goat bull shit things. Throw these bloody Vodafone foreigners form India. They are just head-ace here in. They looting bunch of peoples here in India. I am not the only victim. I come to know after coming on this forum.
