Dear Sir,
Myself Manikant Tyagi a customer of Vodafone number 9654701404. This is regarding my bill copy. I might enrolled myself in vodafone as a customer wanting his postpaid number to be e-billed. But I have not got anything from vodafone as my bill (neither e-bill nor physical bill). I just received an SMS saying your bill for this month is Rs. 685.
I have tried their customer care number many times till today but I never be able to talk to their executive to tell about this problem. Only once they called me for the payment and I discussed this issue with them, She advised me to send a message to 111 for changing my email-id for e-bill and I did the same still have not received any bill on the same.
Today evening, again someone called me from Vodafone for the payment of the bill but did not resolve the issue.
Now both the services (outgoing as well as incoming) have been stopped on my phone due to which my work and myself suffering a lot
How can one pay his/her bill without even knowing his bill statement.
Kindly take some strict actions as this is not acceptable to me or anyone.
