    Default Vodafone Postpaid Billing-Cheating Customers

    I had taken Vodafone's postpaid connection and i also activated the 850rs 3g pack(4 gb free usage).But when i received the bill,i was shocked to see that i was not given any free usage for the above pack(i was charged for it).Also.....in the bill,it shows that i had used the internet for 3 days,i.e 20th,29th,30th Sept for 100 hrs,i.e. 33 hrs/day.....i was also charged at 5p/10 kb for usage whereas i shd have been charged just 2p/10 kb.......i already paid 1800 rs which shd have been just 1000 rs bill as settlement bcoz i dint have time at that point to sort out this matter and they told me that it's all over but i have started receiving threatening calls from vodafone to pay 1800 rs more.......This shd be sorted out ASAP else i will escalate this to consumer court.

    I will pay once you rectify all the issues in the bill and provide me with the corrected one.I had written all the issues in my previous post.Here they are once again:

    1.In my bill,no free usage has been provided to me for the internet pack(850 rs,4gb free usage).
    2.It's written that i had used the internet on 3 days for a total of 100 hrs,i.e 33 hrs a day.
    3.I have been charged at 5p/10kb for GPRS usage.Though,there wasn't any additional usage but even if there was i should have been charged 2p/10kb as per vodafone charges.

    I have already paid 1800 rs.If the bill is corrected,the total bill amount would not be more than 1000-1200 rs.So,i need not pay any further amount.

    I have also registered a complaint on your website to which i haven't received any response so far.
