My name is Vishal,I have a prepaid Vodafone Connection.On 13th of october 2011 i had a balance of around 13-14 Rupees of talktime with unlimited validity and the same day the balance was reduced to 0 without any intimation or reason.The next day morning i go to the Vodafone store in Somagiguda (Hyderabad) explained the executive what exactly happened and he advised me to buy a new SIM card as i had an old one (HUTCH Pink).He assured me that the sim will get activated within 4 hours the same day and the deducted balance and the talktime plans i had in the old sim will reflect in the new sim.Today that is 18th of October it was still not activated so i go back to the store with the problem and i am told that there is a problem in the new sim as well so they replaced me that with another new sim saying it will that i can use it right away when inserted the new sim it has been activated but still without any balance and my old plans.The executives there have no answer after that...they say "will have to check with someone".I have made three trips to the office everyone give a careless answer and in my latest visit i am told that they are not sure how much time it will take to solve the problem.I have to survive on low balances and on top of it i am without any balance from 13th October.There is no Speak to Vodafone Customer care executive option available from a long time on my phone and whenever i go to the store with some or the other problem they ask me to call the customer care executive.Can someone take this matter seriously to solve the problem as Vodafone in general is causing me lot of trouble since one year and the service has gone from bad to pathetic!
