there is an unnecessary deductions in my balance,and unneccesary activation of caller tune itsef done by the company and deduction has already been done,my outgoing facility to the customer care vodafone has been decativated,for wht reasons can anyone answer me for the same.

We called, but there was no response. Please note that the balance was deducted for calls. You can refer to your itemized bill for further clarification. To obtain the bill, send ACT BILL to 144, for which you will be charged Rs. 49/- We would also like to inform you that the Callertune service is free for 1 month. If you wish to deactivate the service, send CAN CT to 144. You can email us at vodafonecare.mum@vodafone.com for any assistance in future or you can also register complaints on our toll free number 198.
