    Dear sir,

    I had cancelled by vodafone connection 9985777865 after paying the unbilled amount of Rs.276/- on 30/06/09. Below is part of the mail communication with Vodafone where it talks about the refund amount:

    Thank you for your email dated 02/07/09 about the refund for your Vodafone number 9985777865.
    We wish to inform you that, there is a balance amount of Rs.300/- on your account which will be refunded to you within 25 working days.
    We request you to provide us with your current communication address, so that we can immediately send you the DD (Demand Draft) for the above mentioned amount.



    I am yet to receive this amount even after doing lot of follow ups with vodafone toll free customer care and visit to vodafone stores.

    The response from vodafone represenatives has been pathetic.
    The customers are reminded n number of times for bill payments, and when it comes to
    they paying back the customers, the behavior is not 'HAPPY TO HELP'. ( Please first try to practice what you say you are).

    I raised a complaint through vodafone toll free number in the month of Oct-09 and I was told to visit Vodafone stores to get more details on the refund status. I visited the Vodafone store near Nagarjuna cirle, Hyderabad in the month of April-2010 and I was told that the amount would be refunded (to my postal address) within 45 days and was asked to call the vodafone customer care anytime to find out the status. But the customer care representatives do not have any idea on the status. When I called up Nagarjuna circle branch again, I was told that there is no refund amount remaining as it was balanced with the unbilled amount at the time of cancellation. But this is incorrect, as I had paid the bill amount at the time of cancellation and I have all the mail communication with vodafone stating the same. When I call up customer care, they ask me to talk to the guys at the corresponding vodafone store and the guy at the vodafone store asks me to call customer care.

    Please help me get my refund amount of Rs.300 back.

    I want to cancel my vadafone number i.e.9545595366. please let me know process. I called customer care many times, but they told me that i have to go to vadafone store and cancel, where vadafone store people are telling that we have to cancel through email. I want to complete this process ASAP.

    Hi Jayesh,

    It is really nice to hear from you after such a long period.

    Whenever a person leaves the place he require some assistance from the telecom company to give him some benifits as he is a respectable customer . I asked for a week extension of my phone continuation and was ready to pay full amount to vodaphone office which is near to MC Donalds and Das stores in Wanoworie. I asked for the continuation of my phone even after giving a close connection request for a week because i was moving to a new city and it was required for me, as phone is the lifeline nowdays. I asked them that i will pay the dues whatever i will call during that period of time to delhi office. But no one was ready to help a customer who has paid his bills on time always. The bill which you have mentioned is the last bill.

    After that i received call from your executives quoting everyday a new amount and pay it .

    I have always said i am ready to pay and ask them to send a guy to my delhi residence but no one came only the calls came with some amout that pay this bill and i was ready to pay that always.

    As it is hard to track your customer care callers i was not be able to track you guys.

    Thank's a lot for calling me this time after more than a year with a Very good bill calculation(@18% pa interest). as if you were waiting for this interest to be accrued on me.

    I am really very thankful for such a response as i have not changed my mail which was given to you, No one has tried to approach me .You listen to your customer reason of not paying bill only after more than a year . That is quite good SLA with customers.You should check the previous log of bill payments made to vodaphone before making any allegation of my intension of not paying the bills.


    Am Ready to pay the bills but with the amount which was quoted by your official during my conversation with him i.e. some 2400 INR.

    Good to see the response here. I am not aware that this website is the real customer care for vodaphone otherwise i would have posted my concern earlier.

    My number for which i have raised concern is 9764076766. That was a corporate connection taken in Pune

    i have got the reply from jayesh which consist of two bills which is mentioning my last bill amount i.e aprrox 4500. i was ready to pay the bills always ,

    After not getting the service which i should get on the day when i reached the vodaphone store .
    what should i do??

    should i still be the good indian citizen and pay my bills

    or i should ask why vodaphone collection deptt has called me so many times in delhi and asked for different amounts other than my bill for settlement. i.e. 2400 INR

    now Tell me the amount which i should pay and it should be in sync with the things which has happened to me @ greviences and the bad name that i have recieved from vodaphone i.e. i have an intension of not paying your bills.

    no one in vodaphone has asked me why sachin has not taken a silver coin which was free with that connection. where is it right now and how it can be given to me.

    I have closed our post paid vodafone mob no 9999112909 with last due payment 3000 by cash receipt no 15857-14-19-10 then he take again Rs.3000 by ECS my credit card 15-9-10 when i gone to vodafone store he/she told me that your account is showing the access amount i will be return your access amount by cheque within 45 days.when i didnot recived the our amount after 45days i go again vodafone store then he told me i have send your amount in credit card account but i have not received any amount by vodafone company I have all document copy if you need this document i will send you
    PLS DO THE NEEDFUL ACTION AGAINST VODAFONE COMPANY

    Hi,

    I don't know who you are . who is so much concern about the vodafone customers. After stating the outstanding amount as 5239 Rs You have shown that you have no interest in my Case and you are also talking on the lines for which i have written long mails. After knowing my case you should come up with some solution which is good for me and you both. And if you are not bothered about me then it's waste to write anything here. I was looking for something by which u can understand how much problem always happnes to customer by your collection guys and Vodafone customer care centers.

    If you are still not helping me .Then i have to look for some other options as i am also very much disappointed with your reply this time which has shown me that i am back to square.

    i will Pay everything and any amount If you give me explaination on why collection guys and your guys have asked me to pay 2400 to finish the settlement. Now it has came to my Respect and i can do Anything to save this Respect.

    Hope to see you soon with some good response which favours customers instead of routing back to customer care .

    for auto fare for coming to your so called Galary,(big name, big crowd
    as big problems you people are creating). We have visited 4 to 5
    times to your Lavish and crowded Galary, waited for an hour each time,
    no seats to sit.

    Its painful to hear from you various commitments from time to time. Is
    it a PRIVATE or Government organization? What your managers are taught
    in your training about commitment? 15 days, 2 weeks, 1 month, 60 days,
    2 months, 3 months? What are these steps? Your salary increments?

    days. Hopefully your organisation is in place.

    I called up your customer care at least 7-8 times for followup, & I got very poor, inconsist response every time which is very upseting from MNC company like VODAFONE.

    I made a complient no1019115656.

    I hereby request you send me my cheque as early as possibewith intrest included.
    P.S. Today, I tried to call your representative on 98200 98200 at least 10 times but your system
    was not working & I could not talk to any of your representative because
    of flaw in your software.
