Dear Sir,
My post paid phone no being 9792122999 of Vodafone is getting constant wrong bills. Please note that I have not opted for 220 minute STD free @ 110 nor for Alerts Stock for rs 30. you are also charging Default Late payment charges in every bill of Rs 50. Therefore, remove these charges of Rs 190 in total from my Current bill as well as from my previous bills(that i have already paid) and give me credit for the same. If you do not do so, i will be constrained to Sue you in consumer court as well as put a complaint to Telecom Regulatory Authorities. regards Rohan Agarwal
