my name is c s ritesh i am using vodafone no 9871839389 post paid no vodafone is charging every month frod charges of GPRS usage but i am using black & white handset that was not compatible for GPRS & my office is in Manesar gurgaon its comes in delhi ncr but they charged me roaming charges in my bill & other mobile sevice provider not charge roaming in that area but i think vodafone is special so thats they charged frod bills to customer's nobody is taking care on my complaints.
