I am using my Vodafone number i.e. 9999834443 from last 3 years and I was your very contented customer.

Complaint: I got 1GB free usage plan for six months with my galaxy mobile phone. I activated this scheme on 23rd Aug 11. To confirm about by billing cycle, I called up customer care and customer care executive gave me the wrong information due to which my bill increased by Rs.2986. I think they dont know about any plans and just passing wrong information to there customers. He confirmed me if i activate Vodafone mobile connect from 23rd Aug 11 so, my 1 GB free usage cycle would be from 23rd Aug 11 to 22nd Sep 11. I send them mail for my complaint and they accept there mistake also but not discounting the amount of Rs.2986.
I think they are not bothered to resolve the issue.
