Post Vodaphone wrong billing

hello Sir
i m pankaj tiwari .
my mobile no. is 9721616364.
i m facing problem with wrong billing from network service provider vodaphone.
30 rs per month have cutted from my account .
i have complent to the vodaphone custmer care but they does not satisfied me .
so plz help me to refund my money in my account from vodaphone .

Angry idea deactivated my STD PACK without my request and without any information..

hello sir,
this is rahul gupta and my mobile number is 09826488488. i have a postpaid connection, i was using a FTT 299 plan and i was using a facility of STD PACK of 49 rs. . i was using this facility since the i bought this number. suddenly from 9th of october, company deactivated my std pack without my request or any information. i did not notice in that time. now when i looked at my bill of mar-april 2010 i found that this facility has been deactivated from 9th of october. so i went to local idea office on 26th of april. but the customer care officer delayed that matter to the month of may, as she always said that she has requested for old bill and that has not came yet. then i complained to the idea customer care, they said that i should have complained at that time. what should i do sir. please reply me. my email id is badshaah.khan2006@gmail.com
