Sir,
I’m user of AIRTEL POSTPAID connection number 9730552221 and got activated 98 Rupees Internet facility with validity of one month with 2GB free downloading by sending a message ‘INTERNET’ to 51619 on 2 sep 2011 at 11:25 PM and I got a message that service will be activated within 4 hours, so started using the internet facility from 03 sep 2011 through mobile office. Suddenly one day (12 sep 2011) got a message that ‘Your total usage till 11 sep 2011 is Rs. 1279’ ( Generally my mobile bill never crossed 400 rupees) by which i really surprised and i called to airtel customer care on 12 sep 2011 between 10:00 to 10:00 PM and they gave a service request no 39536525 and said that ‘We will get back to you by 16 sep 2011 at 4:30 PM’ but they did not contact me. Therefore I called airtel customer care again after 16 sep 2011 regarding this query and i faced same type of response from customer executive that ‘One of our customer executive will be in touch with you within 24 hours’ but they didn’t contact me. So i really frustrated and i called AIRTEL customer care on 19 sep 2011 at 08:15 PM and explained all difficulties i faced by AIRTEL but i didn’t get any help from their side and they used to say one common saying that ‘I AM VERY SORRY, ALL SYSTEMS ARE UNDER UPDATING THIS TIME, PLEASE CALL US BACK AFTER 2 TO 4 HOURS’.
So i finally very very frustrated with AIRTEL Customer care and i have no way other than Consumer Court. Now i want your support to fight this case in the consumer court as I cannot pay extra for something I never used!!!!
