Unhappy wrong guidance and excess bill.

Respected Sir /Madam,
I the undersigned am using idea sim card since last 4-5 years, recently nearly 2 months back,I have migrated my card from post paid to prepaid. Before applying for this migration I had called the Idea call center to know how much shall the bill for Dubai call be after migration, b coz most of my calls r to Dubai. they asked me my present plan and according to that how much do I get charged. as it was 9 Rs 18 Ps , i informed them abt it. For this they replied that the same amt of will be charged later too.so I dared to migrate it.
But unfortunately later on I found the bill charged was 11Rs per call, when I asked the call center for clarification they r not ready to take the responsibility. I also have given them a written complaint through mail. yet without clarification.
every day nearly 2-3 calls i make to Dubai which where i am in a loss of nearly 9-10 rs everyday.which means nearly 300 Rs loss every month. which for me has b com affordable.
Please advice

Angry vodafone

Dear Sir,

My post paid phone no 9158900833 of Vodafone(pune) is getting constant wrong bills. Please note that I have neither opted for jobs alert service @rs 30 nor for missed call alerts @rs 30.and the Default promotional sms charges accumulating a total bill of rs 120(for the mnth of june). sir the amount of Rs 120 does nt make huge difference to the bill amounting rs 2200 but the request of deactivating has not been listened till yet and bills are raised.Moreover the torture I am being facing by calling vodafone complaint cell and askin them to deactivate my services since march.but everytime the executives such as Ms Preeti (2nd july) Mr Avinash(23rd July) told me to send the sms to deactivate but again after getting the confirmation also the bills with service charges had been raised.

Therefore,I request you to remove these charges of Rs 60 from my Current bill as well as from my previous bills(that i have already paid) and give me credit for the same,otherwise i will be constrained to take this matter further in consumer court as well as put a complaint to Telecom Regulatory Authorities.
