activated a plan last month for the SMS Pack of 450 SMS(as the information provided by the executive on customer care at 12345) for Rs.35 per month. But in my bill dated 01-07-2010. they provded me only 300 SMS Free and charged for 190 sms.

Idea Cellular is always doing this. They provide me wrong information and charge extra for that from me. n my Bill dated 1st May 2010 They Charged Rs.225/- for ringtone charges, which was activated on a condition of not charging any amount for same services. When i complaint against this they refund me only Rs.165/-(as the refund of the same).

I talked about this with IDEA Customer Care and also mailed in their E-Mail ID: grievance.delhi@idea.adityabirla.com,

I want to credit the both difference amounts in my account.
1. Ringtone Charges=225-165=60
2.SMS Pack=150 Free SMS for which they charged me=Rs.150/-
3.The amount of inconvenience cause to me because of the wrong information provided by IDEA Cellular excutives and harassed me for the same.
Total amount should be refunded Rs.210/-+(the amount of inconvenience)
