Dear Sir,
I am a airtel customer currently using airtel 's 9971116601 as my existing number,
on 29th cot 2011 went to airtel 8/226,arya nagar outlet for the bill payment of rupess 1500, using my ]debit card
where by mistake Representative deducted Rs 15000 from my card as it was informed to me that money would be returned to my account in two hours as transaction has been void using same machine.Hence i was asked to make another swap of rupees 1500 which i did.
Since then i have been following rigorously for my money.
calling to contact center at 121 it was informed to me that money would be refunded by 3 rd nov,
now when i check with bank it was informed to me that money has not been refunded.
I ssued is still pending with Applete desk .

As i have invested precious time would request you to help me in the case in order to get my money refunded and penalizing Airtel ltd for fatal information
