Hello,

I have a landline telephone number 07492-225598 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting**************07492-225598******end_of_the_skype_highlighting begin_of_the_skype_highlighting**************07492-225598******end_of_the_skype_highlighting which is having humming sound problem by which voice is not audible because of that from last 15 days I am not able to use this telephone. For complaint I already contacted many times to BSNL office also with customer support services but didn't get any solution. My bills are already paid there is no any outstanding like things and I already contacted TDM officer to start and resolve this matter but still there is no action by him.

Now not to know what to do. Please help what shall I do.
