Dear Sir,

I am being harassed by airtel. I was working with a company till 2 years ago called travel ace india pvt ltd.. Their number is 044 43009920. As long as i was working they used to send me bill details on my personal mobile for which i repeatedly raised objections and wrote to the south nodal officer of airtel also about it.
It has been almost 2 years since i have quit and have repeatedly requested airtel to delete my number from their records as i receive payment reminders and calls during working hours from them which is very disturbing. though they insist that they have removed my name from their records, I keep getting messages even now. as late as an hour before this complaint, i.e 4.58 pm, 6th february 2012 i got a message from AD-FLReminder asking me to pay up.
Kindly help me resolve the issue. i need them to remove my mobile number from their records and their customer service executives to apologise to me instead of talking rudely to me every time.

I am also repeatedly getting calls from banks and other loan institutions on my mobile asking me whether i want to avail of their services and take loans. I would like an explanation from airtel as to why they are provididng my mobile to financial institutions without my consent when mine is a DND (do not disturb) registered number.

Please do the needful on these two accounts for me at the earliest.

Further to my complaint on 6th feb, Today, 8th february, 2012, 6.00pm, I just received another payment reminder from AD-FL reminder.
Also, I am still receiving advertisement calls and messages. Kindly look into that also.

I have to refer to your reply dated 10th february saying the issue has been resolved... FAR FROM RESOLVED. I AM STILL RECEIVING MESSAGES ASKING FOR PAYMENT ON THE SAME NUMBER.

I AM BEING FORCED TO GO FOR CHANGE IN SERVICE PROVIDER IF THIS ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED.
AS LATE AS YESTERDAY I HAVE GOT 2 MESSAGES.
