respected sir ,

i beg to say that i have registered my request in airtel broad band on 13dec2011. with reference number 8843794. of complaint about sentrex and std outgoing complain which is not yet resolved and after that i have again forwarded my complain on 15dec2011 which told me that this complain number has been closed due to xyz problem but not told to us and even result is zero .

now tommorow again i have submitted my again of reference no.8706948 wich has to be solved on 17th dec 2011 at 10: am and has not be solved till now and when we have called they did not reply with the result and doesnt care for customer satisfaction ...

so its my humble request to please sout out my problem as fast as possible ...........
