    Default Airtel Brodband (Airtel/Airtel Brodband Connection)

    Hi,
    I was apply for Airtel broadband connection, but they are not provide me connection so i cancel my cheque and I have taken another provider broadband connection. after some time , Airtel people call me that "Please submit your Airtel broadband bill". When i am not taken any Airtel connection so why i pay bill. for this issue i complaint multiple time in Airtel customer care. but they guys calling me again and again, after some conversation they register again my complaint. this process is going on from some days.

    Respected sir,

    I have registered my request in airtel broad band on 14 Sep 2011. with reference number 4013658 complaint about monthly rental and outgoing call complaint which is not yet resolved and after that I have again forwarded my complain 16/18 19/ 20/ and till now that is 13 Jan 2012 they told me that this complain number has been closed due to xyz .problem I told many times call me before u close my complaint but they never called me
    I took airtel broad band connection on 05/05/2004/plan was 699plus plan the breakage off this plan is 600monthly rental and 99modem charge if u make any call u will be billed each call //from day one I have my own modem so the 99 was waved off to me but on l 06/2011 they started billing me more and more with out informing me they are charging me monthly rental of 699// so my tax also got increased //total I pay 950or 1000 a month but I don’t make call from my land line I use my mobile to call my frnds and others still they bill me for calling customer service . they offen give me 24hr of time to change my bill but they don’t refund the amount. theyhad promise me they will correct the bill and will not put any late payment .I told them once they correct my bill I will pay the amt but every month I have late fee and some extra fee on it . I called the nodal office of airtel I sent all the bill of 2004 and explained he agreed and said he will remove all the extra amount that was charged but next month I was charged again I am feed up off calling those people and requesting the manager and other are very rude I am 52yr old women I don’t know what to do ..When we have called they did not reply with the result and doesn’t care for customer satisfaction ...new complaint number is 10273612 for 13 jan 2012
    So it’s my humble request to please solve my problem as fast as possible...........

    Default Complain regarding Airtel Broadband Service

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Subject:Complain regarding Airtel Broadband Service ( Date: 20th jan 2012)



    We are going through a very unproffesional behavior from Airtel Broadband Service. We registered our first request on 10th of october, 2011 for the shifting of the land-line and broadband connection with the request no. was 5428166 to our new office location. In response to that they disconnected our connection on 12th of october saying they shift it before 18th of october 2011 but they have not done any shifting till dec 4, 2011 despite sending reminders every alternate day. So on 4th of december we have decided to disconnect the service fully. But even though they are not providing us any service from 12th of october 2011 onwards, they are still sending us rental bill and harrasing us by calling everyday. Now they want us to pay Rs 13,500 for no service.
    We want to lodge a complain through your Forum before they took any legal action. Please assist us in solving this problem.
