hello ,

i am having airtel landline connection with Broadband service , number 0181-4627128

from last two months airtel is cheating me by taking Late fees in my bill 50Rupees per month

as i am not Receiving any Kind of Physical or Electronic Bill Regarding the payment due to which it was not done on time .

i have made complaint Several time to Airtel Customer Care regarding the Bill issue that i am not receiving my Bills .

If the Company is not sending me bills on time how can they charge me in lieu of Late payment ,
it is at all illegal

i want my 100 Rs back credited into my Post paid account otherwise i am going to file a Physical case in the Court against Airtel for FRAUD .
