This complain is out of intense frustration and harrasement by Airtel customer care.

Even after talking to their highest complaint center -APPELLATE CENTER issue is unresolved since past one month.
They discosnnect our landline - 08042072530 without our knowledege and now they are asking to change the plan before the connection can be done again.they are asking us to take plan for higher value.


They do not have answer to our queries that who gave them permission to disconnect the phone.
Every day they create a new service request and closes them with their convenient in 1-2 days without resolving the issue.
This is nothing less than harrsement for a customer .This issue has casue huge business loss.
