Dear Sir/Madam,
I my self Vivek Kumar Saxena was using the Airtel Land Line number -(0120-4287871) , I put a request over phone to customer care to disconnect it as I dont want to contuinue the same because of my personal reasons,

The number was disconnected in the month of August 2010, And I cleared all the dues for the same but airtel did not gave me any NOC letter of it they told me that It will send to you by courier at my address, but after four months in the month of December 2010 , I recieved the calls from Airtel that first I have to pay a sum of Rs 2500/- then they will issue the NOC letter to me.

This is completely fraud from the Airtel side, as they didnt sent any outstanding amount information to me prior to the phone calls , and they are blackmaling me by saying that they will put my case in Leagal.

Request you to please help me out in this matter.
