Dear Sir,

We had the above AIRTEL ISDN PRI connection – 11999 Combo 256 kbps unlimited PLAN - from June-2010 Onwards. We had following complaints in this connection.

As per your offer for the above mentioned plan free cal1 value (ie Discount) is Rs.10,000/-. But your billing value you mentioned Rs.9,000/-.

Number of DELs 20 including our earlier two lines No.45495801 & 45495802 maping request acknowledge by e-mail as follows on 5th August-2010.

With reference to your e-mail dated 03/08/2010, you have requested for mapping of your Airtel fixed-line numbers 04445495801 and 04445495802 to the PRI lines

We would like to inform that your request for Mapping of the Airtel fixed lines has been registered with us. The same will be addressed by 6 August, 2010; 01:15 PM.. The reference number is 36039132.

BUT THE TWO LINES ARE DISCONNECTED. AND OUR CUSTOMERS COULD NOT CONTACT US IN THE EARLIER NO.


We recd. 5 Bills from your end. Except Last Bill we settled all the Bills. Every time when we receive your bill, we are totally confused with your annexure. This time we confirmed that most of the calls mentioned in your annexure is not originated from our end. We are planning to appoint some Detective agency for the above billing call reference.

Kindly send one person directly to our show room to rectify the above complaints.

We need proper enquiry from your end and sort out the billing problem from your end. Otherwise we will be forced to approach the consumer court to solve the above three issues.

we have a landline - ph no 080 40915444 which is not working since 3 days but internet broadband is working. We think there is some connectivity fault .
Please repair the same at the earliest.

Again our bill is not coming properly. Please verify the plan , rental and send

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am having fixed land line connection of Air Tel and the No. is 0731-4020132 I am not getting proper response from customer care regarding our bill payment details as well as bills are also not showing proper information and in next month they are charging penalty amount also. And during conversation they are disconnecting and avoiding the calls so please look in to the matter and solved the problem as early as possible.

The main problem is that it is not working properly.we have allready complainted to your executives, but they are not at all interested to hear what ever we are saying.now the main problem is we are not able to listen voice from the other side nor they can listen.
I hope necessary actions will be taken from your side.

In our institute we are using airtel landline connection with the number 080-42028551. we pay the bill also but suddenly they disconnect my connection, after that i called to that airtel office but they didnt give any response from their side. so thats why am giving complaint on this consumer forum. hope you will understand my problem and help me.
