We are been using Airtel Landline number since couple of year. Recently they started green revolution and started sending the bills via E-mail. This PDF file is a passowrd protected. We tried calling on their hunting number 121 and get the password but in vien. We also approached their customer care department more than 25 times but as of date my problem is still not solved. They have disconnected my number since last month. I am facing this problem without my mistake. Sir please look into matter and do the needful.
