This is to bring to your very kind notice that despite of registering regular complaints at the airtel customer care center the instrument money, which is a sum total of Rs. 276 has not been returned yet. The connection was closed back on 14 January 2010 and it has been almost an year that any action regarding the return of the above mentioned amount has been taken. After all the repeated complaints the executives at the customer care service can only assure that the money will be returned in a week but it is almost 1.5 years as of now that their one week is not coming to an end. I hope that my complaint shall be given due attention and the funds will be returned by the earliest.
