I feel very sorry for my family that why i opted Airtel service in past.My Airtel no 022-40124046.I took this plan along with broadband.The highest fraud was when i already had Airtel no 40128001.I asked them only for broadband but they gave me a new no 022-40124046 + broadband which included all types of charged they can.Then i struglled a lot to disconnect my old no 022-401248001.here i got many bills even though the phone was disconneted.Finally by god grace i didnt became bankrupt.
Then as i was transferred to other city and so applied to disconnect my present no 02240124046 in May 2010.We filled lots of interest and many other payment(dont know why).I wasted one full day in thane office of Airtel to shutdown this service,When i returned from city for vacation saw many bills of airtel for every month (dont understand why).Instead of sending my deposit of earlier fone(022-40128001) and present fone of 022-40124046 they keep on sending bills.Already the instrument is submitted,modem is submitted how come i will make calls.Airtel can only answer to how consumer will make calls without your connections and without your instrument.
Now it has become hell to see airtel bill this month Aug 2010 as well.I request the Higher officer in Airtel office to look into this issue and without irritating us by making several calls at oddtime return our Deposit and Stop all bills.
Also i want an apologise from them for making us so frustate that we cam eto Consumer court.
