airtel has been sending threatening letters for unused services , inspite of requesting to disconnect on the pretext of system upgradation, they didnot provide me with any request number and kept me telling to call later.
secondly i gave them a solution by telling them to give the same number and internet connection on my new address, but they took a month to tell me that there was no connectivity.( I knew there is no problem of connectivity?)
Thirdly a week later I received a call saying who told you about connectivity problem, we can give u line in 2 days( surprising I know more about airtel than they themselves)
They sent me bills till date??????
