I, myself Sridhar K taken the broadband connection from AIRTEL in the month of November. My land line number is 040-40180870. After receiving the first month bill, I was shocked as for first 15 days I got the bill of Rs. 1,049/-. [Bill no : 7881622501]. When I verified the bill, there are premium number charges of Rs. 396/-. I called to customer support and asked them to give the details of these premium number call charges. They said it’s not possible to provide the premium number details but you need to pay the charges. I requested them to deactivate all premium numbers [Complaint no : 40316774].
But for my surprise, in second month billing also I got premium number charges of Rs. 234/-. Again I called the customer support they gave the same answer. You might have made some AIRTEL live or some other numbers so you need to pay the bill. I did not make any calls and in fact I don’t know these numbers. So I request AIRTEL authorities kindly revert these excessive charges included in the two months billing.
